To guarantee the high quality and stability of your custom parts, rapid prototypes, and low-volume production components, we have implemented a comprehensive system of management and quality control. This system spans from material intake through the production process to final shipment, with each stage undergoing thorough inspection.
Quality Assurance Process_________
1. Material Selection:
Ensure the use of high-quality materials that meet the required standards to guarantee product strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance.
In our workshop, we always have brass alloy, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and various types of materials in stock.
–We can also provide Material Certificate if you need!
Standard Materials
Materials and Post-Processing Material selection is crucial in determining the overall functionality and cost of the part. Designers must identify material properties critical to the part’s design, such as hardness, rigidity, chemical resistance, heat-treatability, thermal stability, etc.

2. In order to ensure the precision of measurement, we have introduced advanced Inspection equipment In-House
We insist that each product following steps as below:
>> IQC(Incoming Material Quality Control): All materials are tested and recorded before production to ensure the authenticity of the material.
>> In-process quality control: First Article Inspection (FAI) is performed at each step of the production process and approval by the engineering and quality department manager.
>> FQC(Final Quality Control) : 100% of the products before inventory
>> OQC (Outgoing Quality Control): Before shipping,we will check all parts again and record .
>> Inspection equipment: calibration of inspection equipment regularly.
3. Measuring machines:
The three-coordinate measuring instrument is a basic coordinate in three-dimensional space and adopts the measuring method of geometric elements, including points, lines, surfaces, circles, spheres, cylinders, cones, etc., for the size, shape and shape of some complex and precise workpieces. Tolerances and high-precision geometric parts of the curved surface, complex shapes of mechanical parts, continuous scanning to complete the parts detection, profile measurement, process control and other tasks, it is now widely used in CNC precision parts.
Furthermore, we possess an array of testing equipment, including height gauges, diverse internal and external thread gauges, micrometers, calipers, hardness gauges, altimeters, and more. These tools are employed in quality control system testing, ensuring that our products meet the specified customer requirements for quality.
4. Global shipment:
Packaging is a crucial aspect that we place great emphasis on. For each product, we always use eco-friendly packaging materials, such as vacuum-formed plastic and pearl cotton, for individualized packaging to ensure that there are no issues of damage during transportation. Our aim is to deliver the products intact to the hands of our customers.
